Compendium of Internal Rules

The Ti†ans hereby adopts the following provisions as the basic of the Ashram.

Article 1. Membership to the ashram shall be open to any active gamers in Tantra Manas Server of Brahman decent.

Article 2. Recruitment shall be made by any Prabaja or Raja with utmost care and scrutiny through invitation subject to other rules.

Article 3. Outright invitation shall be awarded to active gamer who have made significant and consistent contributions to the Ashram as determined by the Maharaja.

Article 4. Membership shall be classified into the following categories: Vanguards and Meyts. The former includes the Maharaja, Prabaja, and Raja while the latter refers to the Tapasa. A member in good standing shall be required to actively participate in the activities of the Ashram.

Article 5. Any member may be dropped from the Roll of Members for the following reasons: misrepresentation of the Ashram, committing illegal and immoral acts and any other acts unbecoming of a Ti†an. Leaving the Ashram without prior notice and proper coordination shall be deemed ground for denial on readmittance.
Article 6. Application for Membership. Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements, to wit: be at least Level 60 as of this date; and completed or posted the prescribed Character and Personal Information Form. Applicant must likewise secure the approval and consensus of the Ti†ans. Application must be manifested in the Official Webpage of the Ashram (http://ohmzzz.wordpress.com) by posting a “comment” under appropriate subject title (Application for Ashram Membership) using the prescribed form. All information are required.

Article 7. Guild Party (GP). A GP is organized for purposes of displaying the grandeour and enhancing established camaraderie, unity, solidarity and teamwork (C.U.S.T.) of the members in any given circumstance. It is basically called for to fulfill or attain a pre-determined specific goals and objectives.

Article 8. The Maharaja, Prabaja, or Raja may organized a GP in any particular area. Three or more members may likewise organize a GP for a purpose. Upon notice, all playing members are enjoined to participate.

Article 9. In GP, all concerns are encouraged to observe and mutually employ the policies of “fair share” and “give and take”. They must be likewise cognizant of every peculiarity of map or area particularly the “loot” or drop item where GP is being conducted.

Article 10. High level items that are considered rares must be distributed or awarded accordingly in an acceptable manner. “Auto Mode” must be turned on for everyone to know what items were dropped to and for whom; which shall be collected afterwards for proper distribution and award.

Article 11. Nonashram party members are honored guest and shall be accorded respect and courtesy. They shall likewise observe and respect the established Internal Rules of the Ti†ans.

Article 12. Only party members shall benefit from any loot or drop item unless otherwise agreed and stated earlier by all concerns.

Article 13. The party leader (PL) is responsible in maintaining order; admitting and expelling of members upon consultation and when agreed upon. He shall likewise keep the loot or drop item; or may assign the task of keeping to an upright member of the party while observing transparency on the inventory of items; and regularly declare the same for information.

Article 14. In any instance, all members shall immediately turn over an item or items that are known to be rares for later consideration of the party.

Article 15. Awarding and Distribution (A&D). In awarding and distribution of loot or drop item, the PL and every concern must be familiar with and consider the immediate status of every part member such as the tribe, level, armors and weapons. The A&D must be based on the above considerations in the following cases, to wit:

CASE A: The Tribe. If two or more party members (PM) belong to the same tribe, the item shall be given to the one who has the highest level; provided that it is obviously known that one does not possess the same item and/or much higher-level item.

CASE B: If there is only one PM in a tribe required by the subject, one shall be the legitimate awardee of such item; provided that one meets the item level requirement. Provided further that one does not posses the same item and/or much higher-level item.

CASE C: For extreme case where the above two circumstance are not meet, the item shall be subject of vend or trade and proceeds of which shall be distributed equally among concern party members and without prejudice of giving one-part of the share to the Ashram Fund.

Article 14. Tactical Alliance. The Ti†ans hereby established ashram alliance for mutual benefit with ashram Shinra Cura under the leadership of Maharaja Shockwave. It shall accord the same recognition and respect to its members and other common interest.

Article 15. The Tantra Code of Conduct (COC) and other pertinent rules governing Tantra Online Game shall form part and parcel of this Internal Rules.

Article 16. This Compendium of Internal Rules embodies the overall conduct and standard ofthe Ti†ans. In preparing all Ti†ans for the new challenge, the Compendium aims to guide and equalize access to opportunities, inculcate receptivity to change and dynamism, and promote leadership and personal responsibility.

Article 17. This Compendium of Internal Rule is subject to amendment upon notice. In case of conflict arises in the application of this Internal Rules, the interest of the ashram shall prevail.

Ashram Adjudication Council

All cases involving ashram members and non-ashram shall be posted here. The resolution of it shall likewise be posted for general information. This ashram does not tolerate acts that are considered unbecoming of a Ti†ans. Charges like scamming, bullying, impersonation, badmouthing, etc. are abhored and therefore can be grounds for outright or perpetual expulsion.

CIPYML Orientation in Western Mindanao: Concluded

February 1, 2006

The scheduled activity for the CIPYML orientation in cities of Zamboanga and Isabela, and provices of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi was succesfully concluded on February 1, 2006.

Kodus to the CIPYML Team in reaching out to the far flung areas of Mindanao.

At this time, we are expecting and more than ready to accept applications from interested applicants who are willing and determined to undergo the rigors of legislative working in the House of Representatives.
